Our system is automatic and nearly fool-proof for delivering our downloadable products (like eBooks and MP3s) after your payment is received. The instant that you finish your purchase and we receive your payment, our system is set to send a post-purchase email to the email address you used during purchase. This email will contain instructions and download links for the products you purchased.
However, there are occasions when glitches occur, and when they do, we are always happy to correct the problem.
Before emailing a support request, please take the time to try to find your post-purchase email by following the directions below that match the type of payment you used to make your purchase:
Paid with Credit Card or PayPal account
As long as you made the purchase with a PayPal account or a credit card, our system is set to email the post-purchase email with download link and instructions immediately after we receive your payment.
If it is several minutes or more after you finished making your purchase and you have still not received this email, it is likely that one of two things has happened.
Paid with PayPal eCheck (bank draft through PayPal)
If you purchased with an eCheck (bank account draft though PayPal), there will be a delay of several days while we wait for the funds to be released by your bank. As soon as we receive your payment, we will instantly email you a download link and instructions.
In this case, all you can do is wait for your eCheck to clear. Or, if you do not want to wait that long, you can login to PayPal, cancel the pending eCheck payment, and make a new purchase on our site by using an instant payment method (credit card or PayPal account).
If you have tried the suggestions above, and still cannot find your post-purchase email, please send our team a support request that includes as much information about your purchase as possible, and we will be happy to email you the original download link. In order to help our team send your download link as soon as possible, please try to include in your support request:
